rustic wedding congratulations card using hardwood background stamp

Hello and thank you for stopping by.
I am so excited to show you my new makes! I hope you like them as much as I do. Here they are - my new wedding congratulations card and wedding invitation - 1st part of my new wedding stationery I am working on.

For this project I used brown recycled paper, hardwood background stamp, For the new two stamps set, paper doilies and brown natural twine. I also used wooden cut out greeting for my wedding card.

I stamped the hardwood all over my cardstock - on both sides. folded it, rounded the edges, and the rest is pretty obvious....

It was such a pleasure to make these cards. They do require a bit of time and precision but trust me, once finished you will be very proud of yourself!

Originally I only made the wedding congrats card, but then I thought it would be perfect for a wedding invitation and so I am working on matching stationary at the moment!!

I am entering this card into pennyblackatallsorts 'anything goes' challenge at

If you would like to make one of my cards yourself please see attached list of supplies below. If you click on each picture it will take you straight to my online Stampin' Up! shop.

Oh I hope you like my ideas above and I also hope I got you inspired!
Thanks for your visit today and happy crafting!!
