Today I would like to show you something I have never done before - envelobox - an envelope that can hold a 3D card. this is my first attempt to create the box and I quite like the way it turned out. So I created a card to put in it ...and here it is, take a look at my gallery:
To create this card I used a patterned paper, and as there were some birds on it already I added a wooden bird element, wooden flower element, as well as a lace bow and some 3d flowers. The wooden elements come from one of my favourite on-line shops, here is the link: https://lovetocraftandcreate.co.uk/
I love working with vintage colours, usually brown and cream, but this time I played a little bit with pink and cream.
here is a closer look at my card:
To create the box for my card I used envelope punch board from Stampin Up! and followed simple instructions I found on YouTube....and lost it, because I did not save it nor even liked it. But there are so many tutorials...
To close the box I used some Velcro, but you could use some magnets or just a ribbon round the envelope would look nice as well.
I used some of the patterned paper on the front of the box to make sure it matches my card. I also used the same lace that's on my card. I think it all looks pretty nice... :)
Thanks very much for visiting my blog.
I hope that I gave you some inspiration for creating your own 3d card with matching box/envelobox
